Creating Sustained Motivation - Knowledge Gain Learning Systems - Add Power to Teaching

This is an innovative classroom management system that introduces techniques teachers can use to improve student behavior, participation, and achievement. This is accomplished by structuring the class to create synchrony–which is rhythm between two or more elements of the educational process.  Examples of synchrony in the classroom are: how to produce greater self motivation by linking knowledge of how the brain learns with the existing curriculum, or the link between shaping peer influence toward achievement, and creating a high performing classroom or school by establishing a certain level and type of positive collaboration between parents and teachers where character, achievement, and learning strategies are taught in class and at home.

This program will enable Teacher to take full advantage of classroom conditions and structure their class for achievement. You may think you do this already and probably do in many ways but we hope to show that organizing to promote learning is not the same as organizing to achieve and when the two are mixed in, the results can be remarkable.
